About Coach Devin

Devin DiNardo - Santa Clara Valley Blackhawks circa 1999

I’ve been playing and studying the position of goaltender for over 30 years.

Currently a part of the Great Park Ice coaching staff, I focus on building strong technical foundations for developing goalies at the beginner and intermediate levels.

My approach emphasizes balance, efficient movement, and game-applicable decision making — the habits that translate directly into confidence during games.

Every session is structured, purposeful, and tailored to the goalie’s age and experience.

Most importantly, my goal isn’t just to help your goalie become a better player — it’s to make sure they’re having fun. When goalies enjoy the process, they stay engaged, improve faster, and build a lifelong love for the position.

Sessions are built around a clear technical theme, ensuring every hour has purpose and progression.
